This page explains how to delete your Reracked account
(app package com.bhamilton.workoutloggerui) and everything stored with it. You can do
it yourself inside the app in a few taps, or ask us to do it for you by email.
Delete it yourself, in the app
- Open Reracked.
- Go to Settings → Security → Delete Account.
- Confirm when prompted.
This is immediate and irreversible. There is no recovery window and no undo.
Request deletion by email
If you can no longer sign in or have uninstalled the app, email
support@reracked.app
from the address on the account, with the subject “Reracked account deletion
request” and your username. We verify ownership of the email address before deleting
anything, and we action verified requests within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently and irreversibly purges the following from our
servers:
- Your account itself — username, email address, and password hash.
- Every workout, exercise, set (reps, weight, RPE), routine, note, date, and session duration you logged.
- Your personal records and any derived training history held server-side.
- All active sessions and refresh tokens, signing you out everywhere.
What is kept, and for how long
- Data on your own device. Reracked is offline-first, so a copy of your log
lives on your phone. Uninstalling the app, or clearing its storage from Android
Settings → Apps → Reracked → Storage, removes that local copy.
Anything you exported yourself stays wherever you saved it.
- Anonymized diagnostics. Analytics and crash reports collected via Google
Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics are not tied to your workout data and are retained under
Google’s own retention policies. See the
Privacy Policy for detail.
- Records we are legally required to keep, where applicable, for as long as the law requires.
